Word "further" on the tombstone

note: Take a look at the tombstone where Kim lay down, the first time you see it, it has "Treacle" on it, then "Further" then "Treacle" again. There's no mistake here, it matches with "grave" clue in secret of esrever. btw, Treacle stands for Eileen Treacle, the little girl who drowned in the river (in Blair Witch Project 1).

note: this one is pretty easy to see, just take a look at the big tombstone in the middle of the screen, when everybody leaves the graveyard. Instead of the shadow it should have, there is a Blair Witch's Stick shadow.

Also notice that the reparator is in fact Rustin Parr (for those who don't believe me check Curse of the Blair Witch Project, it's the same Rustin Parr and also check the end credits, Rustin Parr is there and there's no reparator at all). That's very scary since we just don't know what the hell he's doing there...

The face of a child on the door

note: well it's pretty obvious when you know it, is it one of the 7 child that Rustin Parr killed? most of the hidden stuff seams to have no meaning, so I guess this one goes with the rest.

Some says that you can read the letter "G" or the number "6" just in front of Erica (also in the window). It is true that the tree in the window looks like such a thing, but it's only a coincidence, not a message. By the way, if you watch this scene carefully, the word no will disappear a few frame before they switch to the next scene, and the "6" or the "G" will stay there forever.

At approx. 47 minutes (when Kim leaves the grocery)
Some says that you can see blood on the tools outside the grocery. Totally false.. there are red stickers on the shovels that may look like blood when watched at regular speed, but when you take a look frame by frame, you see that there's no such thing, again.

At approx. 49 minutes (when Kim is being attacked by the 3 guys)
Some says that you can read the word "Kim" on the lower part of the broken window. Well, I've heard that a few times, but after many listening frame by frame, I can't see nothing at all, no words, only their imagination I suppose. But if never you feel that I'm wrong with this one, just mail me with a good explanation and/or a nice clean screenshot.

At approx. 50 minutes (when Kim see the childrens)
Some says that there's 8 childrens instead of 7, like it is supposed.. well, count them by yourself, there is 7 children, not 8 or 9, 7, just like Rustin Parr killed, and btw, one of them is the daughter of Joe Berlinger, the director of the movie.

Well, the text is not crystal clear but you can seriously read "joe" in the middle of the floor (joe stands for the director of the movie Joe Berlinger I suppose). Please note that it could be just some dirt on the floor too, but it would be a strange coincidence no?

note: Joe Berlinger himself told us that you can see crew members a few times during this scene on the dvd Audio Commentary (Sound Track #4). I found this one (Well I'm pretty sure that they are crew members), just watch the upper/right part (it goes very fast) you'll see 2 men, one crouched.

note: well not sure about this one, in fact there is something written there (stencil like). Is it hidden? I really dunno, you must check the dvd version with the zoom to see something. What I can see is "Floor ???" but it has no meaning so I must be wrong... for the "Floor", I'm pretty sure, for the other word, can't tell, too blurred to be clear.

There is a face in the window of the right door

note: I can see a face in the window of the right door as the police guy closes it. I dunno if that's only me but I really do see a face, but maybe it was not intended because it doesn't look like the rest of the hidden stuff we previously saw.

I have mixed feelings about all the stuff I listed here. First I think that was a very good idea to put all this stuff in the movie, it's so fun to seek hidden things in an horror movie, and it's sometimes pretty scary too. But, there is a but, all these hidden things are very poorly done, just some computer tricks added over the images. I feel like this was a very cheap way to sell the movie because with a bunch of hidden stuff, it gives a lot of re-listening value. I personally think that (tell me if I'm wrong) all of this WASN'T in the theater version, it was all added after for the marketing of the DVD & VHS since the movie is so so (Don't get me wrong, I'm a real fan of Blair Witch Project, the first movie was awesome, the second is very weak even if it has a good story). Anyway, no matter what happened, all the stuff you seek here is very cheap looking, makes no sense in most of the case, but it's still fun.

Also, I invite everyone who have the chance to get the DVD version to listen the Audio Commentary by Joe Berlinger (Sound Track #4). That's the best part of the dvd if you want my opinion. I only hope to see the Director's Cut of this movie one day, because when you listen to him, he would have done a way better movie by cutting the gore scenes, the mental hospital scenes and the interrogation room scenes. Theses scenes ruins the movie but he was forced to put them like they are on the movie you've just listen.
